				<description><![CDATA[<p>A total of 82 salmon were caught at Delphi in August - 22 of them wild and 61 tagged fish of hatchery origin. This brings the total for the season to 260 salmon (65 of them wild).

				<description><![CDATA[<p>In marked contrast to the previous two months July was very wet indeed, characterised by localised heavy thunder falls, in the early part of the month.

				<description><![CDATA[<p>The drought has finally broken. Nearly two inches of rain fell overnight, ending a run of almost three months without significant rainfall. We now hope for some serious salmon fishing over coming days. And there are lots of sea trout around, too.
